Atlantis Underwater Tycoon is a Construction and Management, City-building, and Single-player Business Simulation published by Activision Value for Microsoft Windows. The game places the player in the 3D environment where the player serves as a tycoon to explore the real-time design and management of the underwater environment. There are a variety of missions from which the player can select one of them to play or in a sandbox mode, the player has a choice of start building his underwater colony. Multiple characters are present, and the player selects a tycoon character to play as who comes with its unique negative and positive traits, including offering bonus earning money or having a disreputable attitude toward the underwater colony. However, the player starts the game on the floor with a base and limited amount of cash. After that, the player needs to expand his underwater colony by building different utility, residential, commercial, and military structures that extend outward from the home base to the ocean floor. The player must lace his created buildings with air tubes and terraforming the seabed if required. During the gameplay, the player is capable of gathering items created by industrial and commercial buildings in the warehouse and sell them in a market at a reasonable price.
