Asteroids Gunner is an Arcade, Shoot ‘em up, and Single-player video game developed by Atari for iOS. The game takes place in the space environment where the player controls his ship fully-equipped with cool weapons and special abilities. In the game, the player will experience the next evolution in the legendary franchise of Atari. The ultimate objective of the player is to blast is way through asteroids field and alien war spaceships to become the powerful Asteroid Gunner. As the game start, the player must work his way to the top of the gritty crystal mining business by traveling through the entire galaxy and gathering the treasures of the cosmos. After that, the player must upgrade his ship as he climbs up the intergalactic ranks to become the force. There are four galaxies to explore and more than two-hundred waves of enemies to test the player rock-obliterating skills. There is only one ship to pilot with seven further ships unlockable. In Turn-based Challenge mode, the player can play against his friends for bragging rights.
