You assume the role of the protagonist, an assassin named as Desmond Miles, as his effort to relive the memories of his ancestor Ezio Auditore da Firenze. The plot focuses on the fictional Italy and puts you on an epic adventure, where you navigate Venice, Florence, Forli, and Tuscany. You can move freely in open-world and can battle enemies using stealth elements. There are several challenging missions available, and each task needs a completion of individual goals. The game rewards the player with experience points that can be used to unlock additional content to progress. Assassin’s Creed II is the best game to play and enjoy.

The game takes place in the fictional history of real-world events and revolves around the centuries-old efforts between the Templars and the Assassins. In the game, the Templars desire peace through force and control, but in another hand the Assassin, who are battling for peace with free will. The game is set between 1765 and 1777, and it comes with a first female protagonist named Aveline de Grandpre, who is an African-French assassin in the 18th century, New Orleans. The game lets the player control the female protagonist and jump into the world where he/she needs to struggle to restore the peace by conquering the enemies. The game introduces the feature Chain Kill Combat and the ability to pickpocket people. The player explores the world from a third-person perspective, use parkour and stealth elements to fulfil the missions and earn the points to unlock further content.
