#1 Dig Dug II
Dig Dug II is an Action, Single-player and Two-player video game by Namco and Bandai. Unlike the original game, it takes place on the island where the ultimate goal of the player is to kill all the enemies on the ground. There are several levels and the player can explore the world from a top-down perspective. Two different types of enemies are available such as Pookas and Fygars. The main character in the game is equipped with two primary weapons, which can be used to inflate foes until they bust. The game rewards the player with points for each killed enemy and he can gain extra points by eating vegetable which appears once three pieces of the land cut off an island. The red round monsters have the power to slay the player by touching him, but the dragons have the power to kill the player either by breathing fire to burn him or touching him. There are different levels and the player must attempt to reach the end of each level to advance. The game increases the level difficulty as the player proceeds through it.
