In the game player lives in a world with a lot of Anthropomorphic Animals (Human-like Animals). The player manages the daily life events and happenings of the animals and his life in an open world environment. Collecting items, planting the plants, socializing with other characters etc. are the things a player goes through every day while living in a rural village. The game features an extensive use of system clock and game systems to simulate real life like passage of time. Animal Crossing: New Leaf provides with a great experience of simulation gaming. After the death of the grandfather, the boy visits the town to restore the farm. The player assumes the role of the protagonist and his prominent task is to restore the farm to stay the town.
