The player can assume the role of the leader and the ultimate task is to lead his troops and conquer Japan through diplomacy, military might, religion and espionage to achieve the position of Shogun. It has two different modes such as Turn-based Campaign and the Real-time Tactics. In turn-based mode, the player must move his armies, create infrastructure of his province, conducts diplomacy, and complete certain tasks to earn money. While in real-time tactics modes, the player has to lead his army and conquer other nations. Shogun: Total War is the best game and offers enhanced mechanics, gameplay and controls.
