During the game, the player takes on the role of a journalist where the main mission is to research a car accident. The player has to help the victims by performing first aid, obtain evidence, and reimagine the events to discover what happened.
Some of the game cases contain blood scenes with victims of accidents. The player has to control the bleeding, check for the pulse to find whether the victim is dead or not, and recover them. The player has to do the best possible to recover the victim, depending on the nature of the emergency.
If the player makes a wrong decision at the wrong time, it can be harmful to the victim. If the player can’t manage to save all the wounded victims, the game offers a chance to fix the problem by turning the time back. Throughout the game, the player takes on the role of a protagonist named Diogenes, who has a hammer in hand. The player can use his weapon to grip the objects and make himself climb all above.
The game has simple controls such as using the mouse; the player can move his hammer. The player has to climb up numerous mountains with a hammer and a pot that is not easy. The game has three difficulty levels where the player can play through all the difficulty levels to master the game. The commentary system is there to provide quotations concerning the disappointment and perseverance of the player.
The game has no checkpoint, and the player loses all of his progress once he gets down and must restart from zero points. When a player reaches the highest point of the map, he enters space. Upon reaching a conclusion, the player can chat with other players who have completed the task.
