The story starts with James Bong, a British agent abducting Mr White, the member of the criminal-terrorist organization known as Quantum. While investigating White, James Bond and M are attacked by the traitorous MI6 agent named Henry Mitchell who is killed by James Bong while Mr White escape. After that, the protagonist spies on the secret meeting of Quantum members. Later, the game jumps forward to the protagonist crash landing in Bolivia, where Greene is struggling to purchase the land. During the game, he discovers Camille Montes who is looking for vengeance against General Medrona, attempting to take over the Bolivian government. The game puts the player in the role of James Bond and enables the player to complete a set of challenging missions to advance through the game.
